What We Collect
We collect the absolute minimum required to deliver your purchase and keep the app up to date.
What We Don't Collect
To be explicit, the following data is never collected, transmitted, or stored - by design.
- No usage analytics or telemetry
- No crash reports sent to us
- No keystroke logging, ever
- No tracking of apps you switch to
- No account required
- No cloud sync
- No advertising identifiers
- No cookies
All app data - your key mappings, preferences, and configuration - lives exclusively on your device.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service solely to process payments and deliver your license key.
We have no other third-party integrations. No analytics platforms, no advertising networks, no data brokers.
Data Retention
Your email address is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your purchase and provide support. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Auto-update version-check requests are transient and are not logged or retained on our end.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding the data we hold about you.
- Access - Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion - Request that we delete your email address from our records.
- Correction - Request that we correct any inaccurate information.

Our legal basis for processing your email address is contract performance - we need it to deliver your license key.

We do not sell your personal information.
The only personal information we collect is your email address, used solely to fulfill your purchase.

sxitch is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your email address. Because we collect almost nothing, there is very little to protect. Your payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our systems.
